For nearly twelve years, I worked as a designer for Philippine Carpet, the maker of Tai-Ping Rugs and Carpets. Their main products are hand tufted area and wall to wall carpets. The company always sent me to do a job for hotels like Manila Peninsula, Mandarin Hotel and other prestigious hotel in Manila. My job there was to execute design layout and measuring (my specialty was wall to wall carpeting). Performs initial sketches and final color rendering, analysis and interprets the artwork requirements of the carpet design or pattern. Creates custom Axminster carpet for the clients requirements.
